    Nebraska Café:
    As we step into the new year, Nebraska Cafe is thrilled to announce the grand opening of our new Mindful Station on January 27th. This station is designed to resonate with customers seeking fresh, thoughtful dining options, especially as mindfulness becomes a top priority for many at the start of the year.

    Meatless Mondays
    One of the highlights of our Mindful Station is the introduction of Meatless Mondays. Every week, we will feature a selection of meatless dishes that are both satisfying and flavorful. This initiative not only supports a healthier lifestyle but also encourages a diverse and balanced diet with a variety of delicious plant-based options.

    Delicious and Thoughtful Menu Options
    To give you a taste of what to expect, here are some of the enticing entrees we will be offering at our Mindful Station:
    Spiced Moroccan Kebab: A delightful blend of spices and fresh ingredients that transport your taste buds to Morocco.
    Beef Kebab with Cauliflower Rice: Tender beef kebabs served with flavorful cauliflower rice, offering a delicious low-carb option.
    Jerk Pork with Mango Cucumber Salad: A vibrant and flavorful dish that combines the heat of jerk seasoning with the refreshing taste of mango and cucumber.
    Garden Vegetable Penne Pesto: A hearty and wholesome pasta dish packed with garden-fresh vegetables and a rich pesto sauce.

    Starbucks:
    Launches pistachio latte and pistachio cold brew. As well as our new Cortado drink! Made with ristretto shots and whole milk. presenting a new brown sugar cortado made with oat-milk. Only available in short size for the Cortados. Also, our new matcha now comes unsweetened. So, you can leave out the sweetener if desired! Launch January 3rd! BELLEVUE CATERING


Floor Stock

Floor stocks will be ordered online by department via CaterTrax. Back ordered items will be delivered when available. The department will be notified when a product is on back order. Pricing may be adjusted when manufacturers increase pricing. A department representative will be responsible to order, store, and rotate product. All orders placed at Bellevue Medical Center will be delivered the next business day if order is placed by 10am the day prior. (M-F excluding holidays).
